Sizes, materials and lead times are a starting list to agree with J&M for each project. The app shows no prices.
The timeline counts business days, Monday to Friday, and skips Colombian public holidays. Several holidays move to the following Monday under Ley 51 de 1983 (the Ley Emiliani) while others keep their date, and Ley 2578 de 2026 added 9 July.
The lead times in the app are a starting list to agree with J&M for each project.
